Price Notes 2026 – Discounts, Supplements and Stay Conditions

Remarks

Tourist tax is not included in the price list. For all 3-star hotels in Riccione it amounts to €2.00 per person per day, applied for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

Prices are per person per day, for stays of minimum 3 nights, and include:

• overnight stay

Reductions

Reductions apply from the 3rd person sharing the same room:

• children from 0 to 2 years: € 18 per day
• from 3 to 7 years: 50% discount
• from 8 to 13 years: 30% discount
• the 3rd person 14 years: 20% discount
• 4th person: 30% discount
• reduction for half board: € 7.00 per share

Family Plan – Family unit consisting of 2 adults + 2 children, no age limit, sharing the same room: only 3 rates are charged.

Supplements:

• single room with balcony: + € 14 per day
• double single use: + 50%
• triple double occupancy: + € 9 per person per day
• for stays of less than three days: + € 10 per day to share
• extra meal: € 25

Information

All rooms have a balcony, except for some single rooms, for which no supplement is applied.
Spacious rooms (approx. 17 sqm) are also available, ideal for accommodating 4 flat beds (no bunk beds).

Rooms are available from 12:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure, including any paid parking.
Unconsumed meals are not deducted from the board price but may be replaced, upon request, with a packed lunch.

Free Wi-Fi Internet connection throughout the hotel.

Parking 

As the hotel is located in a central area, it offers a small free parking area, not guaranteed.
If no space is available and you prefer not to park on the street, the following solutions are available upon request:

Reserved parking space on yellow marked spaces in front of the hotel: €13 per day
Reserved fenced (unattended) parking, about 200 metres from the hotel: €15 per day

All Inclusive Formula

The daily cost varies according to the number of guests sharing the same room and includes:

Drinks at meals for everyone: bottled mineral water, house wine (Trebbiano, Sangiovese or Frizzantino), bottled soft drinks (1-litre Coca-Cola or orange soda)
Beach service with 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella, either behind or in a privileged front position near the gazebo area

If you wish to consume wines other than the house wines listed above, only the price difference will be charged.

The daily cost varies according to the number of guests sharing the same room and includes:

Drinks at meals for everyone: bottled mineral water, house wine (Trebbiano, Sangiovese or Frizzantino), bottled soft drinks (1-litre Coca-Cola or orange soda)

Wines other than the house selection are charged only at the price difference.

• Kids Stay Free Offer
  From 28 May to 14 June, one child up to 13 years old, staying in the same room with two adults, stays free of charge.

Examples:
2 adults + 1 child = only 2 full rates apply
2 adults + 2 children = 2 full rates + 1 child rate at 50%

Minimum stay: 7 nights

• Single Parent Offer
  This offer is valid for single parents travelling alone with children under 13 years of age.

Examples:
Double room with 1 adult + 1 child = 1 full rate + 1 child rate according to age (as per price list)
Triple room with 1 adult + 2 children = 1 full rate + 2 child rates according to age

Minimum stay: 7 nights
Offer not valid from 1 August to 30 August (inclusive)

• Long Stay Discount
  5% discount for stays of 9 to 11 nights
  7% discount for stays of 12 nights or more

Offer not valid from 1 August to 30 August (inclusive)
Minimum stay: 9 nights
